This interactive live performance was the master's graduation project of my friend Mark Lin when I was studying the Digital Content Technology program. The project was a collaboration between Mark (concept and interaction design), Behuman Design (visual design), Elephant Gym, and myself (app design and implementation).

At the beginning of the performance, the audience was given the chance to create their own constellation shape on their phones. These shapes were then projected onto screens around the venue. By shaking their phones, the shapes would react, generating visual effects that matched the music or facilitated interactive segments.
For instance, one song involved a "duel" where each audience member was given a representative color and could vote by shaking their phone. The color with the highest vote would dictate which musician would solo in that song. Another song allowed for "collaborative play" where shaking the phone would produce sound effects, allowing the entire audience to participate as drummers.

Additionally, a control console app was designed for this event to facilitate the switching of projection visual scenes and to manage the entire performance flow.
